Why do i shake?

Seems like every once in awhile ill get the shakes for some reason during certain excersizes but they only last for the first set or 2 what causes this? The weight isnt very heavy doing about 8 reps with it but i shake all the way through...ive been lifting for quite awhile what causes this?

definately core strength... or you may have pre-exhausted the muscles you are using for a big lift... like doing leg extensions then trying to squat causes my legs to quiver, even on light weights.

if you mean your body shifting on while benching or something, then that's definately lack of core strength
