Why do I feel "horny" after a leg day? Anyone know the answer?

Hello all!


It was another day of squats and deadlifts for me. However ny libido is much higher today (this hapopens quite a bit, each friday).


Why? Why do squats make me horny>????? I am not joking, they do!

I don't think that it is because of all the blood flowing into my muscles. I usually don't get a big pump on leg day. Any ideas?

LMAO... sex is the furthest thing from my mind on leg day... the pain/exhaustion of my w/o is just too much for me...
 
actually i know a female bb who is just like that...

i get cranky and ill tempered and extremely tired after doing legs..but thats just me

A serious one for once :)

Well two options, one serious one not so much hehee. First is if your like me and just love leg day so much the pain and burn lets you know your really working. And occasionally the pride of not puking after pyramiding alot of squats kinda makes me ... happy

More likely its because working legs is supposed to cause your body to release more T, which besides muscle growth, causes other growth :fro:
 
Probably because your feeling good about yourself, getting through legday, you also probbaly sweated out buckets during squats so your feeling more cut - read even better feeling about yourself -

Actually, the amount is pretty significant - up to 200%, but the effect is short-lived. This does not mean the effect doesn't have an influence on your results, though.

when you workout:

1. at first, your test levels go up real high
2. they peak
3. they plummet below where you orignally started - you are in a catabolic state
4. through proper nutrition, and rest, etc. they rebound very high (higher above normal than they went below so that you were in an anabolic state longer than catabolic) - this is where your increased libido comes from

Deadlifts do the same thing to me. I work out in the nude though and pad the center of the bar with silky smooth polyester.
