I tried lifting 6 times a week when I was 178 11% bf and my lifts went down big time....thats when I decided to get on HRT and blast with a gram and a half lol
Idk bro u know some ppl only train eod like RickRock an look at thay dude! He looks awsome! So but the thing is lowering bf you gonna loose muscle no matter what so you'll loose strengh.
I went from 240 to 205 lost an inch on arms that was with 2800 cals ed 360grams of protien and so forth.
Really u just gotta put time in to it its all time and eatting. We on here didnt get there overnight
