why cant I lean up on test e?

this is my first post here
am 30yo 5foot8 200 pounds
I cycled a few times years ago than stopped for a few years till I decided to start back again and do it the safe way and talked to a DR to put me on HRT than I decided to blast and cruise
4-5 months ago I blasted on a gram than increased it to another half a gram by week 4-5 than started to tapper down by week 8 and now am at 300mg a week and am planning to keep tapering down to 200 a week
I was planning to hopefully lean up while am tapering down but I somehow cant go below 200 pounds for some reason....I have everything in check am supper setting dieting and doing cardio....am doing it the same way I was doing it when I was working out naturally and I managed to get to 11% when I was natural at 178 pounds.....but now that am taking test I cant seem to get below 15% (not sure never measured it this time)

what ever happens... whether I lean up or stay the same am still gonna blast as soon as I get to the 200mg dose and cruise for 2 months...I was trying to find some tren and anadrol for the blast which I think I have a connection to...but my buddy at work is stalking up on stanazol anavar test prop halo and clen ephidren hyroxycut and he said he can get those for sure
if I get the tren and anadrol I know how to stack those...
but how should I stack the other cycle?if I decide to do it instead

I thought u said something about starting over and running things safely. And u also said something about doing 1.5 grams of test, faaackin A. Do u know if ur holding a shitload of water?

What are u doing for cardio?
What are u taking to control bloat?
Give us an example of a day of ur diet w/ cals and macros?

well am taking proviron to prevent gyno and never had a problem with the nipples and my workouts go like this

I work out every other day

1.dead lifts, wide back pull downs, close grip pull downs all with triceps supper sets
3.flat bench, incline bench, dips all with super sets of biceps
5.squats, front squats
7.front and back military press and abs super set them with traps
9.leg press, hack squats, leg extension and leg curls

all 12-15 reps for 2-3 sets and I also do 15-20 min cardio after lifting....I increased it to 45 min after deadlifts and back workout a few weeks ago but it was too much that it got weaker by one rep on my lifts and was running out of energy when doing cardio so I backed it back down to 15-20min

when I first started cutting I was sweating the whole time and lost 10 pounds with no strength lost until I increased my cardio to 45min is when I started losing energy and stopped loosing weight....and not only do I increase cardio but I also decrease my weekly calorie 50-100 cal every week....now I havent decreased my calories for like 3 weeks but I to eat junk every now and then....because now I crave junk...not like when I was loosing weight and sweating like crazy...and right now my diet is like this

I eat 40/40/20 p/c/f
meal
1.tow whole eggs nine egg whites 62grams brown bread (good one no suger etc)
2.quarter avacado 110grams tuna in water and 62g brown bread
3.137g chicken breast 140g brown rice
4.eat from what ever the wife cooks (still scale it and she uses healthy oils)
5.same as one of the above
6.same

my problem is...is the fats....its hard for me to figure out how much am consuming I only have an idea of how much am consuming the fats is with the tuna meal...the rest of my meals I just take a half of table spoon of olive or coconut oil when I didn't use enouph while cooking and feel like the food is too dry and cant digest

Eod isnt gonna cut it imo. 5-6 times a week. Look into hit cardio.

You might be fat sensitive but carbs are the one that retain water, turn into sugar and if not burned will be stored as fat. Yes, even complex carbs!

Over all #4 might just be your problem.

I tried lifting 6 times a week when I was 178 11% bf and my lifts went down big time....thats when I decided to get on HRT and blast with a gram and a half lol
