Why am I not seeing results with this...?

I don't expect to see results with anything but the cyp right now but I'm not seeing anything and my weight has stayed the same. I should start to see the Deca soon. But 36 days on the Cyp and no water weight or muscle gain makes me wonder if it's real.


500mg/week QV Test Cyp 200 / 36 days in
500mg/week TT Eq 200 / 15 days in.
400mg/week TT Deca 300 / 20 days in
70mg/day Anavar / 16 days in

I also front loaded the Eq, did 1500mg the first week.

I'm sleeping good and eating decent.

Also your diet is for shit and thats the reason you have not gained any wieght....to some research on "Bulking Diets"

cyp should have kicked in by now, check your diet, are you eating 20cals/lb of bodyweight? are you overtraining? is your protein at least 1g/lb of bodyweight? sleeping a min of 8 hours per night?

chech those before anything else
 
I will be the first to admit that my diet could improve. However it is not so bad that I shouldn't be seeing results.

Muscleup you just stated that the Cyp should be kicking in any day! I think 36 days is more then enough time to kick in.

Serge I agree that the Cyp should have kicked in by now.

I'm sleeping anywhere from 7 1/2 to 8 1/2 hours per night. I want to gain, but I want to be pretty lean as well with summer here.
 
If you're saying you don't feel stronger after two weeks on 70mg/day of oxandrolone you're right you have to question the gear you're using.
The injectables won't respond unless you're training and eating enough. You can't just shoot AS and wait to get big bro, just like you can't put on Yohimburn and wait to lose fat. These drugs need your help to work. Take a glass of N-Large everyday pre-work out then at least you know you're getting carbs and protein to grow on and eat eat eat.

I've done this Var before and strength is not an issue. It makes me strong as an Ox. I guess I didn't explain good that I was talking about seeing the results of the injectables only....sorry!
 
To be completely honest Huck I haven't added it up. I know I need to get around 378grams a day to be at 1 1/2g per pound of body weight. I have a couple protein bars when I get to the gym A myoplex following a workout. At least two sirloin tips, 4 or 5 hard boiled eggs a day only two yokes. Tonight I will have two chicken breast when I get home from the gym. Etc... I feel like I'm eating all day.
 
Your protein intake needs to come up quite a bit more.Remember,the drugs only INITIALIZE improved genetic capacity.Without ample/proper fueling,all this means virtually nothing.Ramp your protein intake up considerably higher,in the neighborhood of 2 grams per lb of bodyweight.Go grab some whey protein and start utilizing it in ample amounts 3-4 times a day outside of your regimen you're doing now.
 
Huck, totally right on. ;) Your tip for me worked as well.

I did the same, my intake was near 2800-3300 when I started (the first two weeks) and didn't see a lot by end of week 3, I kicked it up since then (the last 4 weeks) and have put on a total of 23# with no gain at the waist.

Total intake for me went up to about 4300 cal (I weighed 221 at start, now 244) and a minimum of 340g of protein(closer to 400).

I've got this last week (I weighed on Saturday at 246) and come 6/15, I'll begin cutting, I expect to gain a total of about 18# net from this cycle....and still remain at 7-8% bf post cutting.
 
Excellent BBBodie...You'd be amazed how many times that simple little adjustment has 'turned on the growth switch' for folks I have counseled.Good job buddy.
 
I plan on going to the supp store tonight to pick a couple things up. I have to do something!

This is the most stuff I have done together in a cycle Huck! I guess I just expected more. I will give it a try and see what results I get, from just upping the intake of protein.

I'll post what I picked up tomorrow.

Another Thing, Get some COMPLEX carbs, Try this for 1 week, This will help u if the juice is good or bad.

7am 1 cup oatmeal 50grams of whey
10am Post workout 75grams of Sugar/dextrose, 50grams of whey
12pm 1/2lb steak, baked potato
2pm Huge meat filled sandwhich on wholewheat bread
4pm 50grams of whey, big bowl of rice or sweet potato
6pm chicken rice, beans whatever u want
8 pm shake
10pm shake

That u r done. add carbs to mix and match, but EAT, trying to strive for 500-800 cals per meal, except with the shakes.
