Why am I gaining fat?

Hello, Im not a fitness model but I would like to tone up and need some help!
Can someone please have a look at my diet and gym routine and help me figure out why im not losing fat..

I currently go to the gym 5 times a week. 3 times a week I do weight lifting:
12x3 leg press at 34 kilos
12x3 leg press with feet pointing outwards also 34 kilos
Leg curl for back of legs, with 5 kilo weights
12x3 squats with 20 kilo weights on bar

I also do some chest and arm workouts which helped a lot.
After this I do 15 mins HIIT.

The other 2 days I do cardio:
25 mins power walking on incline
5 minutes rowing machine
15 minutes spin bike (1 min high 1 min low)
I then do some exercises for my butt (bridging etc) and abs for about 30-40 mins.

My diet is usually:
Breakfast - low fat yogurt and muesli
Snack - carrot or apple
Lunch - garden salad and lean protein
Snack - fruit or carrot
Dinner - salad sometimes with protein

I've been doing this for about 10 weeks and no change at all... I weighed 56kilos in January and now I'm 60kilos!!!

Someone please help :(
 
What does your body look like? Can you see muscles you didn't before? The scale, even though it is depressing when dieting, doesn't mean squat!! Bahaha no pun intended!!!!

How much did you weigh ten weeks ago when you started? And..are you new to weight training?
 
1. We need your height
2. You need to learn to track protein/carbs/fats/calories. Start logging your food CAREFULLY (weigh/measure portions) in a food diary, something like Calorie King, My Fitness Pal or Fit Day.
3. At a glance it looks like you're not eating enough, your breakfast is sugar and carbs and you may be eating too many carbs but if you're not tracking your macros and calories who can tell.

Fat loss is all about diet. Exercise builds your muscles and endurance, diet strips off fat, not exercise.
 
the cardio you doo needs to be in the A.M. on a carb depleated stomach
only intake water untill after the workout
do that 5x a week and in 6 weeks youll see less 20 lbs for sure maybe more...
