most of us guys.... or at least me love having a big arm. Lets be honest with each other and everybody give your biggest ever arm measurement!!

mine Are just about 18" going into my 2nd week of d-bol hopefully in week 4 when my test/tren E kick in also, they will pull up to about 18.5" I know I wont keep it all but if they stay just under 18 when I am through that would be 1/2 in. gain in 14 weeks and i will be happy with that!!

time for the guys with 40 inch beer bellies to post they have 20 inch arms and steal the show.

while the rest of us know that a guy with 18 arms and a 33 inch waiste is much harder to achieve then just gaining fat bulk
 
a 20" arm with a 40" waist isnt actually bad at all, it's people who just lie and make shit up that make me chuckle. And this kind of thread is a red rag to their Bull

come on, you with the fat 17"ers that get e-flated to 20", come and wow us with your broken tape measure.

I agree with diesel Needsize/Galaxy/wulfgar/quadsweeps... etc...

There are to many guys with some massive arms and bodys. Anytime you are amature or competing you are going to have some real solid arms. And there are plenty of guys that do here on elite.

hmmm, guess i can be more proud of my body than I thought then. My arms are right at 18's and my waist is a 33". GO ME :chomp: :chomp: :chomp:


I still feel like I want my arms to be bigger tho :worried:
 
iHulk has got some pretty big guns too... just pretty fuckin cut overall. :coffee:
 
i'm sure i don't have tha biggest guns, but for kicks and giggles my arms are at 19 inches, waist is 34/35 at the moment (bulking) ;) hard work will get us to that 20 inch mark bro's! keep slammin those guns and then tha steaks and chicken breasts! lol ;) PEACE

I hate you. I got fucked so bad for arm genetics. 16" here. I work so hard on them and nothing works. To put them in perspective, I have 28" legs, 19" calves, big chest and back, bench 405 this past summer on cycle and squat 500 for two reps at the end of my workout. My forearms are close to the same size as my arms.

Hitting them heavy, light, hard, light. NOTHING makes them bigger.
 
pumped, 19 3/4. waist-35, 228 lbs. I would have never guessed my arm size till one of the boys were giving me hell about it last week and then came back with a tape measure. I told him 18.5, he insisted larger and measured. I was shocked, I guess my eyes always see's me as being "little".

One of my arms is 17.5, the other a bit less than 17 ( the one I tore the bicep tendon ). 6'1", 205 right now.

My arms are my worst bodypart right now, chest and back are significantly more developed.

They should be around 18 this time next year provided I dont tear any more shit and get a nice 12 week cycle in there at some point.
 
Starting cycle mine are 18" at the moment and I'm hoping to bust them up to 19" where I have never been by the end of this cycle. I hope my genetics let me get there.

about 19.25 right now was a little over 20... pant size 33-34, about 10% BF wieght 230

my forearms are pretty big also

ya got that don in germany about 3 years ago.its pritty bad ass.nice celtic cross with a portrid of jesus in the middle.he has a crown of thorns and there are green vines growing around the cross.
 
17" here. 33" waist. 190 pounds. Mainly all triceps. Train arms twice a week. One heavy low rep on Tuesday, light high rep on Saturday.
 
I thought my arms were undersize with my weight, but there 18.5 cold, waist is 32/33 and weight is 230. Whats next how much you bench?

When I was in the Army our battery had guns that would fire 200 pound rounds about 26-32 miles away. Them were some pretty big guns!

I have had the luck to meet a few people here QS for sure had some big guns when I saw him at the arnold. Needsize are also pretty big from what I recall I saw him on he last majour bulk.

mine are only big proportionally, as I have a tiny frame at 5'8", when I took my avatar pic they were 18.5" cold(they were pumped in the pic), they have been up to 19.5 but that was at 260lbs
Biggest ones I know of would be Retabolil, I remember his were 21"+, and he was ripped. Next would be quadsweep and galaxy I think...this isnt including the ones that ulter mentioned, massive dudes that never post pics
