Who's got a good recipe for low fat protein bars?

Here's a couple:

1 cup of Quaker Dry Oatmeal
3 egg whites
2 cups applesauce
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
4 tablespoons natural peanut butter
8 scoops whey protein powder.
Raisins optional

Mix all together, pour on to Pam Sprayed cookie sheet and roll out into a square.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F, bake for 18-20 minutes. (Or chill if you're doing it "no-bake")

Cut them in 8 servings.

Another one:

3 1/2 cups oats
1 1/2 cups powdered non-fat milk
4 scoops whey protein powder
1 cup sugar-free maple syrup
2 egg whites, beaten
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 c. applesauce

Preheat over to 325 and spray a baking sheet or 9x12 baking dish (for thicker bars) with non-stick spray.

Mix together oats, powdered milk, and protein powder in a bowl.

In separate bowl, combine eggwhites, orange juice, applesauce, and the sugar-free syrup. Mix well.

Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients until blended. The consistency will be thick and similar to cookie dough.

Spread batter onto pan and bake until edges are crisp and browned.
