Whole GRain vs Whole wheat

Is their a differance between the two when it comes to bread?

when you are buying bread, make sure the first ingredient in the ingredient list is whole wheat flour or something similar. If it just says wheat flour (without the WHOLE) then skip it and go for something else

Make sure it says 100% whole

if its not whole grain whole wheat it is normally bleached, processed flour..

I always check that and the fiber content.
