Hey bro's, got a question

I have been drinking skim for many years now, I have a lot of bro's that only drink whole while they are on then switch back to skim, is there any benifit to this? I know I remember Schwarzenegger saying that he only drinks whole.
Thanks to any\body with some comments

It is lower because the fat slows down absorption. I drink skim and add good fats in place of the milk's fat because it is healthier.

Lifterforlife - How is whole milk more beneficial over the other types? I am curious because I consider myself somewhat of a hardgainer, and am looking for the proper milk to be drinking. ( I usually consume 1% or FF btw)

Simply more calories.

skim has the least amount of sugar and fat...

sugars are stored as fat is not burned...

i drink skim only... whole milk now looks too thick for me to even drink, after so many years of skim...

Yeah, same issue. I used to drink 1%, but then switched to Skim. Had 1% one time after and even that felt so thick because Skim is a lot more condensed. Couldn't imagine drinking Whole Milk. I used to drink it as a kid all the time though.

fat free milk actually has more protein than regular milk and no fat how could you go wrong

Exactly bro, and i find it its easiest to digest and drink.......especially in the protein shakes

2% usually bulking or cutting...occasionally some skim...i lose lean mass if i cut milk out of my diet with no effect on bf

Something tells me a little milk fat is beneficial. I vary the type of milk, depending on whether I want to drink a lot of calories or not. I'll stick w/ 1% when cutting, even though it's a little higher calorie than skim b/c I want the little bit of extra fat. As long as total calories are in check, no worries.
