Peptides can be shot IM or SQ, most do SQ because it's easier and more convient, the abdominal area or love handles, and people say SQ gets absorbed better/faster, but I don't know if that's true or not. Best times to inject are morning, pre-workout, post-workout, and before sleep. Needs to be injected on an empty stomach, and wait 10-20 minutes to eat, but no longer than 30, for greatest results.
