I have to agree with Jen. Any girl who's been part of gutting a house (and I grew up having my parents gut a house every 2 years) knows her way around power tools. Add in that she works in commercial lumber and she damn well better know how.

TIG is easy if you have the welder set up right. A good quality wire feed with a variac control with a good He source and its a piece of cake.

I will admit tho I'm scared of my circular saw - especially when I'm the one who always has to hold the thing being cut.......
