my younger brother was a 3 year starter for penn state
3 different OL positions
was drafted in the 5th round by the redskins(128th player selected)
tough leaque for white guys who don't juice
he's got an NFL pension though

Mostly genetic. The rest I contributed to strength training. Once in JC football, I ran downfield to cover a punt and the ball hit me on the back of the helmet. Very funny.

yeah I think the bench standard for the NFL was how often you could bench 225
and as a OL and/or DL it's important to "carry" that extra 40-50lbs of fat or more
