what are the benefits? and what does your cycle look like?
One of my good bro's who's really over his genetic limit states he runs 300mg of any test year round and every 8-10 weeks adds in other compounds (deca, tren, Eq) depending on his goals. He boosts the test up to around 1,500 mg's /week when he adds in other stuff and then tapers it back down to his cruising dose. Sees and endocrinoligist monthly for blood work. Anyone else do this?

I posted about this awhile back.

I knew a guy who had either poor workout habits or poor genetics, maybe both. When I knew him he pretty much looked the same all they time, very average build regardless what he did with his workout or diet. I recently saw him after quite a few years. He told me that he did a year long test only cycle at 200mg a week bumping it up to 400 twice for 8 weeks during that time. I saw him about a year after he said he did the cycle and he looked like a different person. He felt that by staying on and keeping his new body shape for so long he permanently changed his physique. He is probably only 10 pound heavier then before that cycle but the way he looks is night and day different. He also said he really didn’t experience any adverse effects from the long cycle. I was tempted to try it but I have yet to even try a short cycle so I am kinda hesitant about it.

i was on for 3 years straight. mostly 700mg test a week( one syringefull) with whatever else i could find thrown in . i was big but after awhile nothing seemed to work. i probably should of went up and down with dose like your friend. with duration- you get to a certain size and stay there. you mantian. with pyramiding type cycles you flucuate in weight more but increase in the long run- or you should anyway. a more reasonable approach would be 10 weeks on , 3 weeks of hcg, 2 weeks where your just gonna shrink up, then repeat. shit maybe duration does work better but trust me this is no way to live.

I'm giving it a try now....I was on cyp/eq for 10 wks. and immediately after switched to enan @ 500 mgs. a wk which has been for about 8 wks now. I occasionally throw in some hcg and nolva. I plan to run the test @ 250 mgs 2x wk and will add in sust @ 250 mgs. for 8-10 wks with it, then back to the enan base with hcg & nolva, then will throw eq back in with it for another 10 wks to see how this goes. I might then drop the test to 250 mgs a wk for a while and add anavar.

Been on for 17 weeks as of now. I go heavy for 6 weeks, then cruise at lower dose (300mg/week of Test Prop) for 4 weeks, then bump up again to heavy doses. I like it, and my body seems to like it too. This approach was inspired by Doggcrapp (on animals board) and I think it is a way to stay on for very long periods and still make gains (and from a health perspective, other than being totally shut down, I'm in perfect condition.)

I've been on since July. Doing Test at 500mg/week. Also did Deca for 10 weeks. So far so good. What are you running in respect to your HCG doses? Does HCG have to be run with nolva? or is it only if you get gyno from the HCG?

Do any of you guys have any concern for your heart? year long cycle can't be to good for that.... Please, someone, correct me if I'm wrong!!!

you get gyno from HCG cuz it causes a huge spike in test levels, which in turn cause a rise in strogen, prolactin and other hormones.

there are more then a few guys who need hrt because of yearlong nonstop use( abuse)i thank god everyday that i dont need this. to me now, this nonstop use is too much of a gamble, maybe if serious money was involved id do it again. on the other hand, if you need hrt right now, then this method mite be for you. but for guys with normal functioning nuts- do you really think a few weeks off between cycles is gonna hurt you? having to get test shots just to be able to screw would suck

Not everybody is on HRT because of AS abuse. Me for example (according to my doctor who knows about my prior AS use).

Men's testosterone levels start to drop in the late 20's/early 30's and by the time they reach 40, are drastically different than when they were 18.

There is a host of health issues associated with low T levels.

You can either live with it, or you can supplement your T levels.

As an aside, most don't need the shot to screw; for some with libido problems it helps, but for me, it's mostly helpful at maintaining mood and keeping a healthier body that supports more muscle.

Good, post, and I plan on getting HRT anyway, just to have a decent body as I age. I stay on year round, usually a little tren with either test or eq. Doses and stack vary depending on my current goals. Right now I'm on 75 mg of tren ed, 25 mg of winstrol ed and 200 mg of eq once a week.

think i'm going to stay on until next summer: given there are no serious side effects.

I think that there are side effects that are visible or that can be felt and then there are side effects that can occur internally over time that would alarm me.

My main concern would be lipid level, blood pressure, other issues that can cause problems over time. There was a thread about collagen production being affected positively and negatively depending on what you are using.

I believe people should be control of their own bodies and if they which take possible risks in pursuit of a goal then that should be their decision. But I would concerned that some may think that long-term high dosages are medically ok just because they are not experiencing anything negatively physically that can be seen or felt at that time.

Staying on year round with clean out periods and cruise periods is fine IF you take all proper precautions and get blood tests done and use proper supplements

Not for everyone

Fellas it is all what makes you happy. I personally have low test levels so being on hrt is more healthy for me than not being on it.

I feel like if jucin makes you happy then go for it.
