im going to join a boxing and grapling "class" this week. ive always had heavy bags and thai bags, but training at home isnt the same, its kind of like lifting at home, only a few can do that and thats because they already have skill,knowledge. im afraid im going to lose to much weight may have to cut back weight training a little. thought you should know. did i spell grapling wrong, i cant spell for shit.
