I lift with a partner 4 out of 5 days during the week. I get such better workouts with having a partner. If you do not have a partner, you do not get those extra few reps in. We bullshit when we workout, but I bring a stopwatch with me and make sure we are taking the right time in between sets. When something comes up and I cannot workout with my partner, I leave the gym not having that same pump I normally would have when I lift with him. In my opinion having a partner is a major plus. The only times I like lifting by myself is when I have lots of shit on my mind. I am on planet Mike and just like to think and be by myself when I lift.
