This whole case seems odd. He was arrested but no charges have been filed formally by the DA. Now they are saying that the "victim" is out of town on vacation this week. Who gets raped and goes on vacation the next week? I think this is some girl who thinks she can cash in on Kobe's money. Damn whore!
