collection agency darlin,when I worked for microsoft call center they were the ones we used to go after people who didnt wanna pay
 
I used to use Dun & Bradstreet where I used to work.....we would get a D&B on a company who wanted a loan....

The average AP person should now what D&B is correct? Peoples stupidity really scares me.

We never used them for collections - actually I didn't know they DID collections.....

Ahhhh collections memories....I was evil myself.... :lmao:
 
lol I wasnt much worse,I worked for microsoft with the msn specific shit and people would call wanting to cancel accounts and it was my job to offer then this or that and generally piss them off to get them to stay,I hated being that guy,thank god I quit
