i FINALLY managed to do it on monday..i've been trying to do it for 2 years now, so i'm well chuffed. now i just gotta make sure i can keep doing it..it is my dream to be able to do a set of 10 without a spotter anytime

if you want to lift heavy i totally recommend powerlifitng wrist wraps. they help you keep the perfect line.
