I posted this here because alot of guys have posted up about tendon issues recently.
I have had a bunch of standard dextrose prolotherapy treatments and am considering a PRP session next time.
My only question is what is post treatment like pain wise? namley rotators if anyone has experience.
Regular prolo for me is really sore the next day then 50% better the next day then 80 % better the 3rd day. But takes about 8-10 days to be fully healed. Just curious if PRP hurts more and for a longer duration?
