Who has cycled after gyno surgery?

Had gyno surgery 7 months ago, and I'm looking to run another cycle. It has been almost 2 years since my last cycle.

My surgeon told me he took out the entire gland on both sides - but that there is residual breast tissue as it is impossible to remove it all. He said that if I take any gear that aromatizes it will most likely return. I'm going to stay away from aromatizing gear...but I dont want to cycle without test.

I took 500mg test e /wk last time (without an ai - i know, stupid) and thats what caused the gyno. I was thinking of running somewhere between 250-400mg/week along with an oral such as tbol or anavar (preferably tbol since i'm looking for more size) along with an AI of course...

I'm curious as to what precautions guys took who have cycled after gyno surgery.

What did your cycle layouts look like?

What did you take for PCT?

Did you have any problems with the gyno returning?

I see a lot of threads about guys planning a cycle post gyno surgery but no cycle results...

Thanks for the help guys.

I havent had the surgery, but you could consider an oral only cycle with proviron to help with your test (just to see how you react)
I would do Var 60mg 1-8, Proviron 50mg 1-8, Aromasin 12.5 EOD (but be real quick to go to every day if you see any bloat at all)
you could look into those new transdermals (they have tren, but just make sure you have caber for prolactin related gyno)

def have letro on hand......

in my opinion you shouldn't have any gyno at all ever again....and if you did, just kill the letro and you will be golden.

I'm up for surgery soon. I looked into it a lot. You will be fine. Preferably I would use aromasin. It's much better at suppressing E2

I've been reading that a lot of guys prefer aromasin. I was originally thinking adex but I'm starting to lean more towards aromasin...

I'm happy to hear that you are getting the surgery. The recovery is a breeze- you will be back to smashing weights in no time.

One suggestion I have is that you ask the surgeon to use drains. Mine didn't and I had a seroma which took a long time to go away.

How did your surgery go bro? How much did it cost? IM thinking of getting it soon

Surgery went well. Mine was free. I had basically no pain afterwards. I was given painkillers but only used them once.

I am in Canada, and as long as it is causing you pain and isn't just for looks - its covered. I also did not admit to any use of gear. The surgeon continually asked me if I ever took any steroids, but I denied it to the end. I had it from puberty but it went away...came back again from gear.

I read some threads from guys in the U.S. who also got it covered by insurance by playing the same card as me..."can't sleep at night it hurts so much...i cant take advil for the pain 24/7, I have to sleep on my back at night... etc. etc.)

I would def. try using some of these "techniques" if you plan to get the surgery done. If you have already told your doctor you use gear, go to another doctor and try it! From what I've read its a $5,000-8,000 surgery.

I am also currently undergoing cortisone injections for scar tissue build up on one side. I have done one injection so far, and will go back in 3 weeks for another. From what I have read that is generally $300 per session - I haven't paid anything. Currently the scar tissue on one side is about half the size that the gyno was - which sucks... still better than gyno tho. The surgeon told me that the cortisone will take care of that, its just a matter of time tho as it can take up to 5 sessions spaced 6 weeks apart.

Any more questions, don't be shy bro!

Why would you recommend aromasin for a cycle with 2 non-aromatizing compounds? That would cause more harm than anything.

not true. It does not mean he does not already have high levels of aromatization. It does not have to be the compound that causes aromatization. It can be his own levels.

Proviron for example binds to shbg allowing more free test to be utilized. therefore, that free test can also aromatize.

any compound can cause gyno. whether it aromatizes or not, they make levels fluctuate and can cause diffentiations in hormonal levels which can cause gyno.

the aromasin is strictly to be on the safe side, since he just said he had gyno. It won't do more harm then good.
