Who grinds their teeth?

I grind my teeth horribly. All my teeth are nice and beveled. I've started wearing a mouth piece to try to break the habit, but I've already chewed thru one. My wife says I grind my teeth terribly in my sleep.

OMG!!! My GF grinds her teeth. It wakes me up... I have to shake her to wake her up so she will stop.. the sound HORRIBLE.

I grind my teeth so bad, they actually hurt. I have a bad habit of chewing on the inside of my cheeks, and lips. They grind really bad when I do that. Some habits are hard to break.

You need to go to the dentist and have him fir you for a mouth guard you CAN NOT CHEW thru.

I've been told I grind my teeth, but I don't even realize it I guess. I'm not sure how serious it is either... Sometimes my dentist acts like it's the end of the world, then the next visit, it's not a big deal.

Its got alot to do with unresolved anger issues. Im living at home with my asshole parents, and this is the first time in a long time i wake up and my teeth and gums are sore.

I wake myself up because I grind my teeth so bad. The last time I went to the dentist they said my teeth have small stress fractures in them.
