my training partner, oh yeah he is the one that got me on AAS, thanks dogg. Anways besides that one one else, not even friends. I just use the "eating everything in site, plenty of carbs and protien". Fuck that no one need to know. So I wouldn't tell anyone that you don't trust.

My wife knows and if she leaves she cant say much because she has done them to hehe she is 5'5 137 lbs and very strong for a women but I will not tell anyone else period I used to tell some people and then I learned to shut up after I saw the same people bring up my name in a gym.I tried to help 2 so called friends years ago and told both not to say anything about it to anyone then they got together and started talking about what I could get them and they started running there mouths next thing you know this stupid kid walks up to me when I have 7 45s on the T-bar row and said whoa bro your strong how do you do so much on the t-bar and I didn't even answer him, then he went on to say man i hear there is this big dude in the his name is ...... ....... and he has some good gear and my dad is a narc and we already run his name through my dad to find out if he is a narc or not and I BLEW UP yall did what and I told him boy I am ........ ........ and then a few days later this dude walks up to me and tells me look ....... dont buy or give or sell anything your name has been around and i trained an the side of this guy for along time come to find out he is a narc and he ends up busting the same egg heads that ran there mouth to much. So you have to be careful because they can send some low life in the gym and bust you from talking to the wrong person or so called friend.
