Who are the hardcore guys...

Not me... two ten weekers a year. Small doses too. You would be surprised how well I do with that too!

There are a lot of factors involved with staying on. It depends on a lot of different things if you decide to go that route. To be honest, it is actually easier on your body to stay on a maint dose than cycling on and off, but you must remember that the longer you stay on the harder it is to recover and get back to your body's natural levels, but not everyone is concerned with getting their natural test levels back up to par. If you are not competing and you are planning on having kids, its not the best idea, even though if you do everything right, reproducing should still not be an issue, but why risk it if it is something you feel is important, the chance is there. If you have already popped out all the kids you want and you are a little older, than it is actually healthier for you to stay on a maint dose than taking off 8 - 10 weeks and getting back on. Those that do stay on year round, most of them anyway, still run HCG throughout to keep things kicking. Like I said though, there are a lot of factors involved and staying on shouldnt be something you just jump into, you should definately put some thought behind it and make sure it is something that you definately want to get yourself into.

good stuff,
so are you on yearlong or do you cycle machine

basically on year-round here. Take 4 wks off here and there, but would probably be more effective to just stay on rotating substances.

im a 2-3 cycle a year guy. i do 12 weeks at a time. only did 3 in one year 1 time. usually its 2.

I;m generally on all year, heres an example
12 weeks, heavy eq/enth/deca with a dbol kickstart weeks 1-4,anadrol finish 8-12
4-5 weeks 400mg test
12 weeks heavy eq/enth/deca with a dbol kickstart weeks 1-4,anadrol finish 8-12
5 weeks 20mg a day anavar with clomid and nolva for pct
and so on......
I also run hcg at 500iu 2x weekly all the way through

i've been "on" for one year now. i'm 56 years old. i think that my doses are regarded as maintenance or hrt doses by most. anyway, people on the forum seem to giggle whenever i've mentioned the amounts i take. 200mg. of test cypionate and 200 mg. nandrolone weekly, supplemented with 250 mg. sustanon every three weeks. i'm tickled pink with the gains in strength i've made so far. i'm hungry for more though. i recently started humulin r 8 i.u., 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off. i'm going to post a question in a seperate thread which i hope some of you will answer. i have no sources for guidance except for this forum and what i read on the net, so i do hope i get some feedback.

needsize, thanks for your example.
What is you opinion on this: Do you think it is necessary to switch things up Test wise and go enanthate for 12 then to cyp for 12 or go for a mix like Sust for 12 or is sticking with the same test E the whole year equal the same difference?
Also, are your doses the same the whole year long, or is your first 12'er heavier than others etc.

I don't recommend anyone stay on year round, not smart

This is a pretty general statement, your stating that its not smart for anyone to stay on year round, I dont think its that easy X. Sure, for the basic kid in his 20s just running cycles to get bigger its easy to say that, but you I know you are not referring to someone in there 30s or 40s that have naturally low test levels or have decided to go the HRT route, therefore I dont think that you meant "anyone".

you're comparing HRT to a message board where people use AS for growth reasons not HRT reasons (we make statements to those who need it), but sure HRT should be year round but even they take breaks.

so you don't rotate your drugs at all? What do you take gimme an example
I do rotate compounds every once and awhile, but I tend to stay with what works. Standard for me is:

Test 1.5-2gr per wk
Anadrol 150mg ed
letro 2.5mg eod

or

Test 1.5-2gr per wk
Winny 50mg ed
letro 2.5 eod

I'll also throw in some deca at 700mg per wk from time to time. Usually stay on 3 months at a time then do a month of clomid/nolva. I'm gonna try running some var like Needsize after my current run to see how it goes.

hrt crusing between big blast periods... roughly 4 months on HRT 8 months on higher doses. Does that make me 'hardcore'? no, just means I spend too much $$ on juice thanks to my ridiculously low natty test levels :(

Ok this is for anyone on HRT. Are you on HRT because of past AAS usage that led you to the HRT or is it a medical condition, I've always wondered this.

never used anabolics until i was 55years old. i take it for a medical condition. its called andropause. lol. :)

the only break i take is for 8 weeks. during this i'll run about 25,000 i.u of hcg, clomid and a-var for the first 4 weeks, then t-bol the next 4. then start back up again.

Hey Bros,

Ialso like to stay on year round. In between major cycles I will just keep in maint. dose of test 500-750

Othewise my test is 2500mg and up plus all the other candy as well

There are some serious mutants on this thread. I don't understand why anyone would take 2 grams of test a week if they don't compete!!!
