yes, you should continually try and add more weight or more reps to your lifts per week, that is if your form is not sacrificed in doing so.
I would only advise, and stuart mcrobert said this 6 years ago in flex...that you only add 1-2 lbs of weight to the bar(on compound lifts) per week, even if you can do more one week, save the neergy and do the same increase next week(1-2 lbs), because if you add 5lbs to each side of the bar one week, chances are you will not be able to continue to overload the weights, which defeats the whole point of training.....getting bigger and stronger(for me!)stick to adding 1-2lbs and you should gain plenty!!!
