dextrose also.

and i feel this should be in the diet forum

Ot has just as much to do with diet as it does with training and is does with completing a solid cycle bro..........

30-40 not enough for a 200 pound, lean bro.

i like mine at around 75g... dextrose/creatine/whey isolates

cutting or bulking? Off or on? No difference? Satch - you stay ripped using dex? I've used them all....now am on either rice cakes and whey or a myoplex........havent seen a difference........next will be no shake, just a solid, mass volume meal within the hour window......lastly it will be a couple bananas and whey.........8 weeks of each.....

I don't believe in fast carbs PWO anymore, not for endomorphs like my self at least.

For mass, I don't think anyone will argue that dextrose will give you the most. While cutting its a lot more debatable. I personally go for the oats/whey shake, but again, I am an endo.

Also an Endo here and been doing the Dextrose-Maltodextrine combo for 6 months straight cutting...

I will later on try the rice cake thingie.

OK..WHAT IF YOU trained late night and could barely squeeze in another meal after training and before bed? The last meal consisted of fats and protein but may not be for 2 hours after your pw meal........would you make it a solid food source? Rice cakes and a shake?

in that scenario,I would still go for the cakes and the shake, with the priority given to the replenishing of carbs and proteins... downfall is the fast overnight (those shakes get down too fast).

Guess it would be a choice of the lesser evil: get high acting carbs/prot after workout or go for the overnight fast... what would do more damage?
