Ok I have a little dilimma here. 1st I'll tell you my work out scheduale.
Mon-Chest,cardio
Tues-Back
Wed-rest, cardio
Thurs-Shoulders/traps
Fri- amrs
Sat rest/cardio
Sun-Rest, cardio
Ok well the thing is that I had to trained arms this Sat instead of friday. And My tri's are still pretty sore. So should i train back tomm then chest tues? Or just go ahead and train chest tomm like usual? I'm sure the sorness well go down more tomm but i know they'll still be sore though. So what would you do?

So that just forced me to do it the hard way. You should see the before pics of me 3 monthes ago before I started the cycle I was 208lbs and looking like dough boy. I was eating bagels all winter and I'm not a lean dude by nature. And I have to admit i do miss legs... I've been working out since i was 15yrs old and I'm just wanting more time in my life. So somethings gotta give. But I never miss an upper body workout unless its death in the family. I might take a day off but then i'll just delay the whole wk's workout back a day.
