I know it is sort of counter productive to even ask this but I am wondering what would be the best option for someone wanting to cut down in terms of what foods I should be eating?
I know to stay away from things like red meat and a lot of junk food like pizza and that sort of thing. Cheeseburgers I would imagine are also a big No-No. What else would you recommend I avoid and what is good for losing weight?
