Bulking atm. Do you think something high in fat (chocolate) or high in sugar (lollies) would be worst?
cheers

they are both bad, there's no one better than the other, but since you are bulking, my point maybe moot, i'm not a bulker lol.

have you seen mr x.'s cheescake recipe? that looks promising. if not oats and splenda, protein desert with powder and sf pudding, or sf jello.....also if you want something sweet fruit would be better than lollies.

Table sugar or trans fatty acids....death by hanging or firing squad...which is better?

Actually it seems that death by drowning is a painless, almost pleasant way to die

For the last few seconds of you life you feel pretty well before you die

Never tried, but it may help ;)

Notice that drowning was not one of the two options given. However, here are two others for you smart asses. Death by immolation or evisceration, which is better?

Table sugar and trans fatty acids are both very bad for human health. The head of the FDA said that if table sugar came up for review as a food additive today the application would be denied due to the known deterious effect it has on human health.

humm

If I had to choose I would prefer to eat a high sugar desert than I high fat ( as long as it is bad fat ) desert .

sugar = simple carbs , so depending on what time you are ingesting it , it will not make you fat .
