but yea i am going to wait with the cycles, but can i use only winstrol? or is that not a point in doing?

No point in using winstrol, just hold off on steroids at the moment.

go to the diet section of the forums here and use the search button to find bulking diet suggestions.

with a good bulking diet you can put on serious mass...dont forget FOOD is the most anabolic substance you can put in your body

You can take all the steroids in the world, eat like a giant ape, and jump 1,000 miles, but if you don't train properly, it's all a waste of time.
You have to concentrate on the basic exercises which are about 12 of them. I'm a slim guy, so I concentrate on chest and legs for bulk and only do 3-4 sets. as heavy as possible.
I'm starting a bulk training routine for March. I've done this in the past, but this one is going to be a killer! Don't waste that time son with some drug, wait until you are in your '30s.
