I do have bad eating habits but more than anything, I believe I have a super slow metabolism. I'm not regular with my bowel movements. I can go more than a week, sometimes 2 or 3 before I have to go. When I go though it seems like an all at once thing (too much info I know). Just from that I probably store fat. I haven't trained seriously for a little over a year. I posted earlier that I'm getting a gym membership and going to start working out again for 2-3 months seriously and take it from there.
