Which cut of steak is lowest in fat?

london broil is one of, if not the, leanest cut available.

just don't cook it well done!!!!!!!!!!!! without any fat content in it, it will turn into shoe leather!!!!!!!!!

London Broil, Eye of Round, Flank Steak...all really lean cuts that can be very tasty and tender if marinated properly.

Also make sure you buy the cheapest grade you can. The price of beef cuts are based mostly on the ammount of marbling they contain. More marbling, higher price, more fat. So don't shell out the extra cash for choice or prime if you are trying to cut the fat.

Correct, Flank Steak used to be a throw away cut and I find like 10-11 Oz's (2-3 Eyes) of Really Lean Eye of Round cuts (My Favorite ) at the grocery store for like 3.4 bucks!
