it's entertainment people....not the gospel....

though, the fact that it can draw this kind of reaction, kind of makes it relevant. Like it or not, I think that show provided plenty of insight into the mind of a woman....

The mind of a single, late thirties woman who lives in Manhattan, perhaps. HOnestly it's statements like this that make me dislike the show so much. You couldn't learn a thing about me by watching that show.

You couldn't be further from the mark, with all due respect.

with all due respect, I have no interest in anything you have to say....about...anything....

Trust me, the feeling is mutual.

How you could honestly believe that ANY of the mindless tripe portrayed on that show has ANYTHING to do with what goes on in the mind of women is beyond me.

But hey, you are entitled to think what you like. :)

i agree i've watched it a few times when it used to be on hbo and its a pretty funny show..

i'm speaking in generalizations....broad strokes. of course it doesn't reflect the lives of most women, and taken literaly, it's not realistic at all. it's entertainment....but there is plenty of truth in the underying themes of the show. It was a fun show, it made me laugh, it kept my interest....I enjoyed it.

Ummm not even close. I have known many women from all ages ranges, social class, life experience, ethnic backgrounds and any woman with HALF a brain didn't look at life the way these characters were portrayed to view it.

The program was nothing more than "entertainment" for some and obviously because of the programs popularity offered just that to many.

Hey, but so does WWF.... right? LOL
