Which certification? I aim to focus on holistic nutrition and fitness

I'm not a gym person (I maintain a very active lifestyle---biking, walking, sports). What I am is a 40 year old woman who is always thought to be 25 or so and who is constantly asked for my "secrets". Any advice what certification I should get? I have a BA in a social science and see that some certs require a degree. I aim to take private clients and to become a speaker, teaching fitness and healthy whole foods based eating and food preparation. (I'm currently taking courses in holistic nutrition.) I would appreciate any advice regarding whether or not a personal fitness trainer certification would be right for me. Thank you.

I don't know if it's a question of right or wrong. With your expereince and educational background, it's more a question of just how comfortable are you charging people a fee for what you know. You do not need a certification, but if you feel it will give you more credibility, then maybe you should acquire one.

Thanks academy780 for your response. I am taking the nutrition courses for that credibility that I desire. I appreciate your honest answer very much.
