I dont know what those things are, call me stupid. Are these body types?I would like to see by size or height who makes the best gains.Wax-on said:Amoungst the people you know who use gear what body type do you believe responds best to AAS?
Make it a given that the cycle would be the same and each was eating the appropriate meals / diet for each type.
Ectomorphs?
Mesomorphs?
Endomorphs?

And given that all 3 body types are doing the above like the original question stated?52_21_30 said:The body type that trains right and diets will respond best to aas.
Thanks for the response.jacshelb said:Look at it this way: Mesomorphs have more muscle fibers to start with- generally lower insertions and fuller muscle bellies etc. So, with aas increasing hypertrophy/nutrient storage, and even a little sattelite cell activation, they will SEEM to respond the best. Especially if bodyfat is relatively low. Is there actually more muscle gain or does it just appear that way? I would say yes there is more growth. I mean, if there are more muscle fibers to begin with, then there is that much more potential for nutrient uptake. However, the low bodyfat and natural advantages will magnify the effect and make it seem even more dramatic for mesomorphs.
But, the addition of excess testosterone (if estrogen is controlled) can really help to cut fat in endomorphs. And, of course, ectomorphs are going to start looking a lot more mesomorphic after using- though it might be a long time before anyone even assumes they are on anything.
I'm an ecto myself. Most just think I'm kinda built- that I always have been. I'm not huge, so people who don't know me just think I'm kinda average looking. I'm 6'2", 220 and around 12-13% right now. What they don't know is that 5 years ago I weighed 142 lbs. and looked sickly. I only do short (4-7 week cycles), low dose (500mg/week aprox.) cycles with gains I can maintain. I started using when I weighed 185 lbs, so I'd already gained 40 something lbs. But, overall have put on 80 fairly clean lbs. as an ecto.

Deit as stated is a given. Just curious as to what everybody though considering all 3 types have diet, cardio, and training in check.ProtienFiend said:Endo's will usually grow bigger fuller muscles, but ectos will typically look better, as typically less fat is stored. And everyone else is also right about, it is what you make of it. (diet cardio etc...)

80% diet is more like it. You cannot build a house without bricks 2x4's concrete...ect. Gear and training are morter, glue, and nails that put it all together. A meso will always gain better than the other two. endos can put on a tremendous amount of muscle mass though. (think Worlds Strongest Man) Ectos will always struggle even with gear.mr.nitro said:id give a little more credit to diet. at least 30%.
im not sure off the top of my head what type is which, but I would say the skinny guys react best.

ThepoolGuy said:I will after my cycle I promise. Im shedding fat right now lol.

Dont you find that most shorter people (and you should define what you consider short) tend to be more 'stockie' being endoes or mesos?solidspine said:I honestly think from a purely body building perspective, short guys have an advantage.
From a physical appearance stand point tall guys have the obvious advantage.
But I am short and thin (at the waist) and appear more muscular that friends who are much bigger and of course stronger.
If you have to be short, than certainly don’t be FAT, and be as muscular as physically, genetically possible and take as much gear as possible.
