Whey protein isolate may be slightly more pure (less fat, lactose, etc.). A good value brand for this is Isopure, if you don't mind the multi-vitamin/mineral powder they add.
The only difference between whey powder and, say, milk protein is that whey is digested more quickly, which is good for post-workout.
Hoydrolyzed whey is absorbed much more quickly than just whey and would be good for post-workout. Other than post-workout, you probably don't even want a quickly digesting protein. Food is probably best. Even for post-workout, hydrolyzed whey is not very necessary --- just eat a slowly digesting protein before working out and your blood will be fully of aminos at the end of your workout anyway.
I like whey protein isolate for post-workout. Low lactose, low fat, doesn't taste like yak and it does the job. I eat slowly digesting protein sources all day, so hydrolyzed whey would probably do nothing for me.
As far as Methoxy-Pro or any other protein powder goes, they are just protein. Most of the other things I know of that they add are gimmicks (methoxyisoflavones, etc.). If you want something to help you grow, use creatine (which you do, if I am not mistaken). You could make a good post-workout drink by mixing dextrose and/or maltodextrin, whey protein isolate and creatine.
