Much has been written regarding the effects of casein and whey consumption. Most of us know these effects - whey is a quick acting short duration anabolic aid, casein is an effectice medium duration anti-catabolic. However, most writers make only short mention of egg protein, vaguely linking it with casein in its effect. Does anyone have more Precise information regarding the effect of egg protein specifically?
