Liquid 2009 MODERATOR Platinum Sep 5, 2014 #2 Have you ever tried Hot Yoga? If you are not losing weight simply from Yoga. Check other things that may be preventing that such as your diet. Doing additional cardio. What else are you doing aside from Yoga? This thread should be in a different forum category though.

stevesmi Head Mod Elite Moderator Sep 11, 2014 #4 yoga is exercise hence it can help you lose weight. it also reduces stress which is a big enemy of losing fat but you must do an hour a day and be dedicated combined with diet.

Dave Shutler Chairman of Board Chairman Member Sep 20, 2014 #5 Diet first, weight training/resistance training 2nd then add in some yoga and you'll have a good combination for fat loss. Oh, and be sure to manage your stress and get adequate sleep.
