Hey guys,
I've been reading this forum for a few months now, and I REALLY need a "food plan". I thought that I could come here, look around, and come up with my own.......but I was very wrong. There's so much information here, I don't know which to follow, and which not to.
I'm 17, 5'8, about 130 (I'm a stick ). Recently got a membership at the Y gonna start trying to go at least 3 days a week. Maybe that'll help determine what/how much I should start eating. I'm living with single parent who most of the time is too exhausted to cook after working all day, so I usually end up going to Taco Bell or some other fast food restuarant for dinner.
Just wanted a general idea of what a day's meal plan should look like for me. For breakfast I noticed a lot of you eat oatmeal, I guess that's a start. What about lunch, dinner, and snacks in between? Any kind of supplements that I should take? I probably sound like an idiot, but I figured I had to start somewhere.
