a lot of people just use amazon.. gpz services is good... shomedvet is also good...
Most mom and pop pharmacies will sell them. The larger chain pharmacies have in-house rules that mandate you have a prescription. However, due to the heroin breakout the FDA and others want needles to be accessible in order to prevent the sharing of needles. So, try a local mom and pop pharmacy.

There are a bunch of places. Amazon is probably the easiest. I use canadianmedsupplies.com but I have no affiliation with them.
