Sunny weekends tend to be a dead time on the forums. I have been redoing my entire yard. I am ready to crash all ready. It is weird. Every time I do a strenuous project like this I wonder what it is going to do for my lifts. A couple months ago I took a week off from lifting and just dug post holes. A lot of post holes in rocky ground, huge pain in the ass. But, my bench had a huge jump as soon as I went back. I think the lateral lifting of digging post holes strengthened my shoulders where I needed it. Pretty cool.
I hope digging for 15 hours a day and dagging crap helps my deads.
