where does the protein limit go while on cycle?

im right now on 4000 cals, today ill go to 4500.
before i took any of my test and was natural i could get fat of 3500, now my metabolism is just going higher and higher.

im currently doing 400 grams a day. my weight is about 202 lbs ,proberlbly 30 lbs from ripped.
how high to u guys go while on cycle?
 
whatever your body weight is in lbs, multiply protsin dosd by at least 2 but maybe even 3 or 4 when on cycle. And 2 is plenty while off
 
at 200 lbs, 300gm protein is plenty.

400-500 g should be plenty
 
this is such a nuanced question

I can get aways with less then others, and others need more but not the staggering amount I see espoused by others especially if on a non pro status cycle

for most recreational bodybuilders , even the big boys, 275-350 should be enough

300is good for me.,
 
Sooo many people overstate how much protein you should take in. If you think about it, your body can only absorb about 40-70 grams of protein at a time. If you are eating every few hours as you should be, and lets say getting an average of 50 grams per meal, then you will be right where you should be. Eating 400+ grams of protein a day is fine, but really just extra cals, because your body isn't going to be using a lot of that. It just becomes waste, or fuel.

A waste of $$ too. Around 300g per day seems fine for me on or off.
 
I just go by the rule of thumb as mentioned above.... 40-50g of protein every 2-3 hours....that's how much the body can utilize
 
It really depends IMHO
If someone is taking a bunch of drugs to increase nitrogen retention and buck their metabolism(certainAAS, Slin, T-3, GH, etc) they can absorb and utilize a massive amount of amino acids compared to normal.
think about PTOR(Protien turnover ratio). Basically the body creates and destroys your bodyweight(roughly)x 1.818 grams of proten a day to maintain homeostasis. So the average 200 lb dude is creating and destroying almost 400 grams of amino acid based tissue a day. Obviously this all is not skeletal muscle but it is still a large amount. and remember that is at rest
Now if we take that ratio and we then INCREASE the anabolic side through exogenous drug and metabolic enhancement as well as heavy weightlifting. Then decrease the catabolic side via cortisol and estrogen inhibition we have set the stage for MASSIVE growth potential

I am 275 right now. I havent done a cycle in over 3 years. I was 232 4 weeks before my cycle began. I ran 30 mg Dbol ED, 300 mg Deca E8D, and utilized 50 mcg T-3 on a 2 day on 2 day off protocol
On top of this my protein intake was well in excess of 600 grams daily. carbs were around 1000, fats around 120
My waist size only increased 1 inch and now all my jeans dont fit my quads and Im back to the XXXL shirts in my closet for the torso

Dont neglect your protein on cycle guys!
off it 1.5G or 2 G is cool. but when your on, EAT TO GROW
 
It's not about how much -- it's about having protein available at all times. So yeah, two big meals with 100 grams of protein each is a waste, but 400 grams spread throughout the day is actually good -- especially with PRIMOBOLAN.
