BUBBLES Elite M0derator Platinum Dec 4, 2009 #2 I used to buy beef jerkey but it was way too expensive then I bought a jerkey dehydrator to make my own such as this one in the link . There are other brands to choose from if you like. Nesco FD75PR Professional beef jerky & food dehydrator. by Nesco, Dehydrators at Goodman's Small Appliance & Housewares It saves a lot of money and you can use different types of meats like beef, chicken, fish with your own favourite marinade. Try it out. The machine takes about 6 to 8 hrs to dehydrate the meat to the jerkey standard level.
