If you mean CHO as in carbohydrate, then you are wrong. Alcohol is alcohol and is not a carbohydrate. It is about 10 calories per gram and cannot be stored as fat. This is a fact. The fact that you may be a pussy and mix your alcohol with juice makes your alcoholic drinks full of carbs. Miller light has like 3 carbs 1 protien and no fat, although it does have about 100 calories, about the same as a shot of vodka or most hard liquors.
