where can i get some empty caps?

i got some powder ALA and its hard to swallow it without chocking. can i just go to vit world or GNC and pick up emtpy caps? or is there a website? thanks in advanced

I know the vitamin shoppe I go to sells a whole bagful of empty capsules. I'd call around to a couple of good health food stores, you'll get a hit.
