Where can I get MS Paint..

I cant edit my photos ...and my stupid laptop didnt come with it...dont ask me how not..cause i have windows XP pro....help..

To use Paint as Default viewer:
Right-click on file with JPG, JPEG, OR GIF extension....Click "Open With..."...Click "Choose Program"....Select Paint from the list, and then click the checkbox that says "Always use the selected program to open this type of file"

To add icon to your desktop:
Go to C:\Windows\System32. Right click on mspaint.exe. Select "Create Shortcut". Take teh shortcut icon that was created in the same folder and drag it to your desktop.

i dont have a system32 file...but i do have system file but paint isnt in it....

i also cant find the calculator that comes with windows....its supposed to be in the accessories folder but its not there either..

Hmmm...windows won't run stably without this folder so you must have it...it might be hidden.

Open Command Prompt (Start --> Run; Type cmd; Hit return) and type the following and then hit return

attrib -a -h -r -s c:\windows\system32

System32 should be viewable now

excellent...i'd run some sort of virus/anti-spyware scan at this point....i can't think of another reason beside software as to why this folder's attributes would have been changed
