Try local Mexican mom and pop mini marts...
Corner stores etc, if you ask in the right way I’m pretty sure you’ll get what you need. Also depends on what type of area you live in I suppose.

if you are in the US you can find an indian pharmacy but it will take a couple weeks to get to you..

my advice is why do you need antibiotics? you rarely do unless it is ABSOLUTELY necessary.

i really have no clue.. im not a fan of getting antibiotics unless its prescribed from your doctor...
