Whent to take Dbol?

I'm starting the following cycle in just under 2 weeks...

wks 1-4 25mg Dbol
wks 1-10 500mgs Test
wks 1-10 400mgs EQ

When should I take the 5mg tabs? Should I spread them throughout the day or take them all an hour or two before I work out (heard different things regarding this)?
 
Spread them out throughout the day therefore keeping your test levels regulated at a certain level. Fluctuating your test by taking them all at once isnt the greatest method. But no one says you cant pop a bunch if your having a bad day before a workout cause weve all done that and it makes the gym a lot more fun!
 
I would say take them all at once. Its hard to keep blood levels stable with dbols regardless and if you only take 5mg here and there you will never have that much in you at one time. I was much stronger taking 50mg tab about 1-2 hours before i would work out. Try it both ways to see what works best for you.
 
Take them evenly throughout the day. You want to keep blood levels stable, no matter what AAS you're taking.
 
I take mine throughout the day, but take just a little extra before I hit the gym. I have noticed that I feel sick if I take too much at once, maybe its just me.
 
I take them all at once. From the info I have found, if you are stacking the Dbol with test, spread them out. If you are taking the Dbol alone, take it all at once in the morning.

I'm taking 25mg daily like this:

5am 10mg
10am 5mg
2pm 5mg
8pm 5mg

Working well so far, I'm on day ten and up 8lbs and weights are much lighter in the gym....
 
I have done it both ways. Here is what I found...
Spreading them out = I got nothing from it at all.
All at once an hour before the gym = sick strength and size gains.
* Whats the half life of dbol? Is it 3 hours? If it is it would seem that to keep even levels you would have to take them every three hours throughout the day and night.
I'm not a big dbol fan anyway... but... those were my experiences.

my 4th day on... so we'll see.. kinda wanted to try all at once before the gym thing...
 
I split them up. 20mgs before workout, and 15mgs after, near bedtime. My strength has gone through the roof. I'm not trying to put on alot of size, so I'm eating very lean along with tren and test, but my front delts and my lower lats have just popped out. I was kind of surprised.
 
Take your whole cycle's worth first day in...and you're done with dbol, don't gotta worry about taking them at the right time or what not...then move on to the EQ do that in a day too, LOL. J/Kidding.

I and would take and actually am taking 20mg/day for 25 days. I take 2 tabs in the morning, and the other 2 I spread out before the workout. The reason for taking the 2 in the morning at once is because your test levels are for some reason much higher so I once read that it's more beneficial to take the punch in the morning, and spred out the rest in the day...peace.
