when to take winny ???

i will be starting a winny cycle, i have the 5mg BD and the IP 50mg. My question is what time of day is best to take them should i split them up etc. I would appreciate some help

Don't split the 5mg up thats to low of a dose. However do split the 50mg. Oral winny becomes active in about 9 hours so it is fast acting thus you want it be evenly spread during the day.

bear with me guys-I want to take about 50mg a day so i should take the 5 mg pill at 10 different times during the day?????? And the 50mg should be broken in half taken in the morning and night?
