When to take Clenbuterol

When should you take clenbuterol?

Pre-AM Cardio? Post-AM Cardio with breakfast? Empty stomach?
 
Split dose. Pre-am cardio on empty stomach and once again in the afternoon (no necessarily on empty stomach).
 
I take it once in the AM before cardio. It has a 48 hour half life I believe, so once is good.
 
thanks guys i appreciate the input.

I also wondering about gugglesterone. Would adding Syntrax Guggulbolic or SAN T3 have a similar effect as actual Cytomel T3 while on clen? Obviously it won't be nearly as much but would it be a good/bad idea? Thoughts?

I also like to split it. Yes it has a longer half life, but I find I take one dose in the am then about mid day I crash like a mofo. Its such a big crash I can hardl keep my eyes open. So about mid day I drop the other dose and I am good to go till end of day.
 
thanks for the help everyone..

i will start off taking the full dose in the morning and if I crash ill begin splitting the dose. hopefully i do not crash though because taking a syringe (for measuring purposes) and bottle of clen to work probably wouldn't look to good haha

Just start out with low dose and work way up, it can make you feel like a crack head if you take to much at once. You wouldn't be able to type or write. ha-ha. Good Luck.

haha yes ive heard that. ive read countless articles and forums about clen for the past month trying to figure out the best ways to take it and how to take it and sides n such. its my first "illegal" supplement as I used to compete on team USA for USAPL so I wanted to make sure I am doing it right. I like my life and don't need to screw it up by being a dumbass with the wrong supps
 
Don't bother with the T3. Research it a lot as it can really mess with the thyroid.

I have another question now, hopefully people will see it back here but theres enough clen threads no need for another haha

I'm taking Hydroxycut Hardcore right now at 6 AM, do my cardio 615-640. At around the 630 mark, the HH kicks in and my heart beat speeds up and makes me feel like I'm going to die on my run. I'm assuming Clen is going to be even more dramatic **so would taking it postworkout with some aminos (bcaas, universal aminotech, glutamine) and then eating 20 minutes after that be a good idea? or would that break down my muscle too much?**
 
i gest start the clenbuterol.i am taking 1 pill per day,half morning,half afternnon.in few days i will grow up the dose to 2 pills per day.i canot more.i sheking like hell and i have alot of energy.
